Ceremonial membership requirements
- - Certificate of lodge consent
- - Two (2) pcs 2x2 ID photos
- - White t-shirt and white shorts
- - Knee-length red socks
- - White wet and dry rubber shoes
- - PHP 1,000 worth of packed candies and small toys for the parade
- - One (1) box of 500ml bottled mineral water
